Nancy works with employers to ensure they are delivering the best benefit and retirement programs to their employees and ensuring that all factors are considered when clients are making decisions. She thrives on thinking outside the ‘benefits box’, considering different options, and going above and beyond for clients in a most honest and integral way.

NANCY’S STYLE + APPROACH

Nancy’s career began working in Employee Benefits Consulting with her own family’s business. Nancy found a home with the ZEBS family and has been working with the team, elevating the Employee Benefits Division to new heights. She has had 25+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits field. With a General Business Diploma as well as has her Group Benefits Advisor (GBA) designation, Nancy brings a great deal of knowledge to the table when discussing benefits programs based on her time in the ever-evolving benefits world.

SPECIALIZES IN

Full range of services related to the employee benefits; ultimately acting as an extension of client’s HR/Finance team. This includes: strategy, plan management, benchmarking, vendor renewals and procerement, budgeting and day-to-day plan administration support.

WHAT YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT Nancy ?

Nancy has completed 5 marathons, multiple Half Marathons, multiple Adventure Races, and a Half Ironman. While she doesn’t take on these ‘crazy’ adventures anymore, she has shifted her focus on being physically active for charity and started a riding team (of beginners) for the Ride To Conquer Cancer. 2018 was the first year where they raised $40,000.

WHY ZEBS

When Nancy joined ZLC, she was drawn to the family business structure and ZLC quickly became her new family. Family, Clients First, Support, Loyalty, Trust are all words that Nancy uses to describe her team of colleagues on a regular basis.
